طبعا احمد يوم قرر يبتدي تمرين ،كان وزنه فوق 100 كيلو و مايسوي اي نشاط رياضي والاكل طبعا كان المتعة الوحيده واخر مراحل الدايت وصلنا تقريبا وزن 77 كيلو.
وقرر يغير نظام حياته و بدينا نعدل نظام الاكل ،ونشد في التمرين تدريجيا ونعدل نمط حياته من كل النواحي وكان عنده اصرار مخيف جدا حتي لدرجة انه قطع التمرين لين ما يخلص تجنيد و اول ما خلص رجع مباشره يكمل المشوار والحمد الله وصل لمستوي جميل والقادم باذن الله اجمل ☝️مع عزيمة هل بطل.
الموضوع باختصار عبارة عن الالتزام بالتمرينً حتي وانت تعبان ،الالتزام بالجدول الغذائي حتي لو مليت،الاهتمام بالراحة والنومً كل شي يلعب دور ويساعد.-
