Ninja ist kein Sport für halbe Entscheidungen. Es braucht rohe Kraft, Ausdauer bis zur Erschöpfung und einen Kopf, der auch dann noch klar bleibt. Wer zögert, fällt. Wer zweifelt, erst recht.
Sein Weg dorthin begann weit weg vom Rampenlicht.
Neun Jahre Bundeswehr. Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker. Strenge Abläufe, klare Hierarchien, Sicherheit. Danach Studium. Hörsaal statt Hindernisparcours. Ein Leben, das auf dem Papier Sinn macht. Aber nicht im Bauch.
Dann kam diese Idee.
Eine Halle. Ein Ort für Bewegung. Für Begegnung.Mitten in Corona. Hohe Kosten. Große Unsicherheit. Ein Millionenprojekt, ohne Garantie, dass es aufgeht. Lukas entscheidet sich trotzdem. Nicht, weil es vernünftig ist. Sondern weil Stillstand für ihn keine Option ist.
Heute ist er Geschäftsführer von Stuntwerk in Senden. Fast 40 Mitarbeitende. Eine Halle, in der Kinder lernen zu fallen und wieder aufzustehen. Jugendliche wachsen, im Sport und im Kopf. Erwachsene kommen nach der Arbeit her, um Druck abzulassen, statt ihn mit nach Hause zu nehmen.
Jeder Sprung fordert Kraft, jeder Griff Ausdauer, jeder Fehler Aufmerksamkeit. Mit über 30 springt man nicht mehr blind. Verantwortung verändert den Blick. Für den eigenen Körper. Für das Team. Für das, was man aufgebaut hat.
Lukas trainiert weiter. Nicht für Reichweite, sondern weil er weiß: Wenn die Kraft nachlässt oder der Kopf nicht klar ist, scheitert man. Im Parcours. Und im Leben.
Kleiner Rückblick:
Es wieder unter die besten geschafft zu haben, mit einer Vorbereitungszeit von lediglich 2 Monaten, spricht für die Effektivität des Trainings und die Erholung meiner mentalen Stärke.
Über die letzten Jahre hat sich viel beruflich und privat verändert. All das mit einer umfangreichen Showvorbereitung zu vereinbaren, war nicht leicht und klappte bis zu dieser Staffel nur teilweise oder mit merklichen Nachteilen. Mal war ich körperlich nicht fit, mal mental, mal beides nicht.
Heute habe ich das Gefühl, dass mir die positiven und negativen Erfahrungen der letzten Jahre einen klaren Weg vorgeben und ich bin gespannt, wohin er mich in Zukunft führen wird ✨

Ich war trotzdem sehr zufrieden mit meiner Leistung und hab Spaß im Parcours gehabt. Leider wurde der Lauf im TV stark gekürzt aber war halt auch kein Highlight Lauf 🤷🏻♂️
Nächsten Freitag geht's dann zur gewohnten Zeit weiter. Mich seht ihr im Halbfinale 2, also einschalten und mit fiebern! 🤩

Ich bin sehr zufrieden und glücklich, dass alles so geklappt hat, wie ich es mir vorgestellt hab und freue mich, zusammen mit Viki am Jubiläums Special teilzunehmen.
🧡 hätte ich so gerne noch an der Himmelsleiter gesehen, da fehlten nur wenige Sekunden.
💪🏻 hab ich es unendlich gegönnt, dass er sich die 5k abgeholt und die Vorrunde damit gewonnen hat.
🙏🏻Respekt auch an, der die schnellste Zeit in der Vorrunde hatte und die Chance genutzt hat beim Interview nach der Himmelsleiter, um schöne Worte an zu richten.
