Life update, we moved! We moved closer to family and to change schools for Dexters future. It was sad leaving the house Harper last was with us, but we will cherish those memories forever. We of course brought her wind chime so she’s here with us in spirit. We will make a beautiful area for it when spring comes around and the ground is unfrozen 💗

My brother told me to make her account to share her goofy self. I agreed bc if I could make one person smile, I was all for it. I never knew she would have all of YOU! Thousands of friends, millions of views. Reading your comments has warmed my heart. How we inspired you to get a dog, to get a chocolate lab, helped you heal from a passing of your own pet or helped you get out of sad times. We wanted to share a smile and I think we did that. She had that gift.
I miss her tippy taps on my floor and her tail whacking the walls. My missing slippers and stolen socks. The drool on the floor and her furfetti everywhere. Her constant shadow behind me. Her heaviness on my feet at night and snuggles throughout the day. It’s hard to see the empty floor by the kitchen table and the empty rug in front of my sink. I know it will get easier but it’s hard. I picture her over the rainbow bridge being welcomed by so many. She’s chasing bunbuns and Kevins. Barking at spooky Robins. Swimming and teaching her water aerobics classes. Eating snaccs. I got this locket for my birthday to hold her near my heart. We received beautiful gifts from you guys which is helping my heart heal. Thank you for loving my girl. I will try to post memories of Harper. I want to remember her at her happiest. Thank you for sharing happy memories of her, for letting us know she made an impact on your life in many ways. I’m so proud of her. 🌈🩷
