I’ve been trying to live off the notion of “we might not always remember the what someone said, or what someone did, but we always remember the way someone made us feel”.
It really means the world when yall take the time to stop & watch one of my passion projects because I put so much of my soul into this & hope it leaves you flooded with emotions, good or bad!!
I wanted to take all the destructive feelings I’ve felt over the past little while & transform them into ones that feel like hope & joy because dance is fkn healing!!
This video is an apology letter to myself for doubting what was always there and giving my energy where my value wasn’t recognized. I had a lot of mixed emotions at the end of last year so took the confusion and made it into something that I knew I’d be able to understand.
Thank you to all these incredible dancers for helping me bring this to life, the way I feel while watching this back is the exact feeling I was chasing.
