A well-designed butler’s pantry should feel as capable as it is composed.

Here, the deep navy cabinetry sets a confident foundation—its hand-brushed matte finish absorbing light and giving the room a sense of depth. I’ve paired it with a white marble countertop to keep the balance crisp, and polished nickel hardware from our Refectory Collection to add a presence that feels substantial without being overwhelming.

The upper cabinets are fitted with glass fronts, which I find both practical and reassuring—you can see exactly what you need, while everything remains protected and in order. And, of course, storage is considered at every level, so the space can genuinely support the rhythm of a busy kitchen.

I often describe the butler’s pantry as the ‘workhorse’ of a kitchen. It’s where preparation, presentation, and overflow all happen—sometimes all at once. When designed properly, it becomes indispensable.

As with all of our cabinetry, we designed, hand built, delivered, installed, and hand painted this butler’s pantry ourselves.

I’ve always believed a kitchen should feel resolved—nothing unnecessary, nothing overlooked.

In this space with our Scullery collection of cabinetry, the hand-brushed matte white paint creates a quiet backdrop that lets proportion and craftsmanship lead. I’m particularly drawn to the soft blue of the range—it brings just enough character, without overwhelming the room. The polished trim, together with our brass hardware and the muted tone of the hood above, creates a sense of continuity that feels effortless.

For me, this is what timeless kitchen design is about. A restrained palette, carefully considered, where every material understands its role.

As with all of our projects, this room was designed, manufactured, installed, and finished by hand, by us—so it’s a deeply intentional result.

There are certain spaces that resonate without needing to announce themselves.

This built-in cabinetry, set within a naturally lit dining room just off the kitchen, is one I often return to. The hand-brushed pale blue finish has a softness to it—something that shifts gently with the light throughout the day. Paired with a white marble countertop and our polished nickel hardware, it creates a feeling that is both light and composed.

Pieces like this tend to stay with people. Not because they’re overstated, but because the balance feels right. The proportions, the materials, the way it sits so comfortably within the room—it all works together in a way that feels effortless.

For me, that’s the essence of well-designed cabinetry. Quiet, functional, and enduringly beautiful.

In case you did not know, we design, manufacture, install, and finish each cabinetry piece by hand, ensuring that even the simplest moments are thoughtfully created.

A dressing room, at its best, is not simply a place to store clothing. It is a study in order, ritual, and restraint.

Here, dark walnut cabinetry sets a rich and quietly commanding tone. Personally, I love how the depth of the wood absorbs light rather than reflecting it, creating a mood that feels both intimate and intentional. This is really where material choice becomes more than aesthetic; it shapes how the room is experienced.

We designed the glass-front cabinets to offer a measured, convenient glimpse of your tailored suits. The open shelving nearby, lined in leather, provides a considered home for your dress shoes and accessories. Even the smallest elements are accounted for, too, with custom drawer inserts designed to store ties neatly away.

This is the principle of functional beauty. Every detail serves a purpose, yet nothing feels purely utilitarian. The result is a space that feels as composed as the wardrobe it holds.

As with everything we do, this dressing room was designed, manufactured, installed, and finished by us, by hand—ensuring that what appears effortless is, in fact, deeply considered.

The second you step into a luxury kitchen you really do feel it.

It’s not about excess—it’s about balance. Here, the cabinetry is finished in a calm, dove blue. It allows the space to settle, rather than demand attention.

I’ve always believed the details should quietly reveal themselves, and this space is all about that: the concealed coffee station, the warmth of the wood beneath the island, and the clarity of a well-proportioned pantry.

What I really adore is the polished nickel hardware and its ability to add just the right amount of reflection. It’s enough to feel refined, but never too much to distract. For me, that’s what defines a well-designed kitchen. It feels considered the moment you enter—and continues to reward you the longer you live with it.

Everything you see in this reel was designed, manufactured, installed, and finished in-house by us, by hand. This is our obsession, and we would love to share more of it with you. Follow along or tap the 🔗 in our bio to explore.

In a home like this San Francisco townhouse, it’s important to create moments that make everyday living easier.

One of my favorite features here is this morning bar—designed to serve as both a coffee station and an entertainment space. It’s crafted from quarter-sawn oak, stained to a deep cocoa tone that feels rich without being heavy. The nickel mesh panels add texture and visibility, while hidden refrigeration ensures everything you need is right at hand.

In a Victorian home with multiple levels, spaces like this become essential. You shouldn’t have to walk the entire house for a simple coffee or a drink. It’s about creating thoughtful waypoints—places that feel natural to use.

For me, that’s what good cabinetry and design should do. It should quietly support how you live, while still offering a sense of refinement.

We designed, manufactured, installed, and finished this whole cabinet by hand—so even these smaller spaces feel considered and complete.

A butler’s pantry, for me, is never just about storage—it’s about creating a space that supports how you actually live.

This one, from our Nashville project, is set just off a corridor—a quiet, tucked-away cove designed as its own moment. Finished in a grey blue high-gloss, it carries a sense of depth, while a single centered window brings in just enough light to keep it balanced and calm.

We used our Lambourne Collection throughout, in polished nickel. The mirrored backplates behind the knobs add a subtle layer of refinement, and I love how the hardware catches the light.

Functionally, the space serves as a small retreat—a place for a drink, a light bite, a pause away from the main kitchen. And that’s always the intention. I design these spaces to feel personal, intuitive, and quietly luxurious.

If you didn’t know; we design, manufacture, install, and finish everything by hand—so even the most discreet spaces like this feel complete.

A well-designed kitchen always benefits from a space that works quietly in the background.

This smoky blue, high-gloss butler’s pantry sits just behind our cabinetry for the main kitchen—more contemporary in feel, but grounded in purpose.

Inside, there’s a full-height pantry, open shelving for everyday pieces, and a simple surface for plating or preparation.

I’ve paired it with hardware from our Lambourne Collection in polished nickel. The hinges, in particular, are something I always pay close attention to—they’re often overlooked, but when designed well, they elevate the entire cabinet.

The butler’s pantry has always been essential to me. It supports the kitchen without ever asking for attention, and I love it for that.

Every cabinet you see here was designed, handmade, delivered, installed, and finished by us. If you couldn’t already tell, we have a bit of an obsession with our craft.

There’s something about walnut that brings a sense of warmth and richness to a space—particularly when you take the time to let its natural character come through.

In this Dallas dressing room we designed with and, the vanity is designed as a standalone piece—crafted in walnut, finished by hand, and fitted with our satin brass hardware. The grain moves across each panel in its own way, giving the cabinetry a quiet energy you can’t replicate.

Around it, the room is planned with purpose. Open clothing racks keep garments visible and accessible, mirrored panels are placed exactly where they’re needed, and even the lower cabinetry is tailored—right down to a custom suitcase drawer for a client who travels often.

This is what I mean by functional beauty. A luxury dressing room that reflects how someone lives, while still feeling composed and refined.

We design, manufacture, install, and finish each piece ourselves—so every detail, no matter how small, is intentional.
