Fremgangsmåte på lakseburger med mangosalat og fries:
1. Følg bruksanvisningen på posen med søtpotetfries.
2. Kutt mangoen i små terninger og ha i en skål. Finhakk chili og korianderen, og bland sammen med mangoen. Tilsett deretter granateplekjernene og en god skvis med lime. Rør det hele sammen til en salat.
3. Stek lakseburgerne i ca 3 minutter på hver side i en panne med litt olivenolje, eller grill på hver side i 3 min.
4. Dander burgerbrødene med aiolien i bunn, ønsket mengde salatblad, lakseburgeren og mangosalaten. Server burgeren med søtpotetfries og ekstra mangosalat toppet med fetaost.
