Oggi, martedì 6 gennaio, ultimo giorno della mostra “Sublime”, condividiamo questo momento per ricordare un percorso che ha accompagnato il cammino del Giubileo Ordinario della Speranza, che si conclude proprio oggi. Un invito a custodire la bellezza come luce e la fede come forza viva.
Sublime è stata un’esperienza di incontro, riflessione e contemplazione nel cuore di Roma.
Come curatrice della mostra vorrei ringraziare a tutti coloro che hanno reso possibile questo progetto. Grazie a chi ha creduto e sostenuto questo cammino. Grazie a chi, con la propria presenza, ha dato vita a Sublime.

Sublime ha sido un espacio de encuentro, reflexión y contemplación en el corazón de Roma.
Como curadora de la exposición deseo agradecer a todos los que hicieron posible este proyecto. Gracias a quienes creyeron y acompañaron este camino. Gracias a quienes, con su presencia, dieron vida a Sublime.

Fr. Alexander Lam ha offerto una riflessione sul valore dell’atto creativo come esperienza di fede, ricordando che ogni opera nasce da un desiderio profondo e dalla fiducia in ciò che si porta nel cuore. Ha invitato a riconoscere nella nostra stessa vita un’opera d’arte in continuo divenire.
La giornalista vaticanista Marinellys Tremamunno ha presentato l’artista, evidenziandone la capacità di unire iperrealismo e sensibilità interiore. Escobar ha poi condiviso il suo metodo creativo, paragonandolo alla costruzione di una scena teatrale, frutto di un lavoro collettivo che precede ogni dipinto.
L’incontro, arricchito dal contributo dello storico dell’arte Francesco Maria Bonifazi, ha permesso di entrare nel cuore del processo artistico che anima “Sublime”.
La mostra Sublime rimarrà aperta fino al 6 gennaio 2026, nelle giornate di lunedì, giovedì e sabato dalle 9:30 alle 13:00.
Un invito a lasciarsi interrogare dalla bellezza nel cuore di Roma.

Esta obra a pesar de representar una escena del sagrado libro k'iche' Popol Vuh, es además un homenaje a todos aquellos que seguimos nuestra pasión en las artes y la cultura. Rindo tributo a los pintores, a los bailarines, escultores, sastres de vestuario, actores y actrices, músicos y a todos aquellos que dedican su vida y tiempo en alcanzar un sueño con sacrificios, disciplina y fe.
