Une recette simple et rapide pour la St Valentin qui va vous faire succomber de plaisir!

Pour le fondant:
•100gr de chocolat noir
•100gr de chocolat au lait
•100gr de beurre demi-sel
•3 oeufs
•50gr de sucre
•30gr de farine T65
.
Mélangez tous les ingrédients, versez dans des moules en forme de coeur ( ou ramequin ) puis cuire 16 min à 175°C ( chaleur tournante )
.
Pour le caramel onctueux:
•60 gr de sucre
•130 gr de crème fluide
•45 gr de beurre
.
Cuire le sucre à sec dans une casserole jusqu'à avoir un caramel bien ambré puis ajoutez la crème chaude puis enfin le beurre.
Mixez puis mettre un peu de caramel refroidi sur le fondant.
