Und ganz ehrlich? Mein erster Gedanke ist nicht immer sofort „Ja“. Der Alltag ist voll und der Kopf ist es auch. Aber darum geht es doch: Es muss gar nicht perfekt sein und auch nicht geplant.
Also habe ich, entgegen meines ersten Impulses, einfach Ja gesagt. Und aus ein paar Minuten auf der Parkbank wurde ein toller Nachmittag - mit Ästen, mit Blättern und mit viel Fantasie. Diese Momente sind mehr als nur Spielen. Sie stärken unsere Verbindung, lassen Kinder wachsen und bleiben länger in ihnen erhalten, als wir denken.
Ich nehme in den nächsten Wochen an der #PlayBreak Challenge der Marke kinder teil. Dabei nehme ich mir vor, bewusster solche kleinen Momente einzubauen. Das muss gar nicht lange sein, aber eben ganz ohne Ablenkung.

Auch jetzt vermisse ich die Kinder sehr und sie mich natürlich auch. Aber dennoch kann ich die Reise sehr genießen. Ich kann abschalten. Weiß wieder, wie es ist, nur an sich denken zu müssen. Habe nicht 100 to dos im Kopf. Gehe ins Bett, wenn mir danach ist. Ich freue mich schon auf zu Hause und komme mit aufgeladenen Akkus zurück.

Es war ein besonderer Moment, diese Tiere in ihrer natürlichen Umgebung zu sehen und mit ihnen schwimmen zu können.
Auch die Kinder waren mit im Wasser, und gemeinsam haben wir etwas erlebt, das uns noch lange begleiten wird. Eine Erinnerung, von der wir uns sicher oft erzählen werden.
Diese Delfine nicht in einem Becken zu sehen, sondern frei im offenen Meer. In ihrem zu Hause. Und eben so lange, wie sie es wollten.
Wie schön, dass sie sich die Zeit für uns genommen haben. ❤️

Der Bauch ist leer und ich bin es irgendwie auch. Vorab: Hört auf euch und euer Bauchgefühl. Lasst lieber einmal mehr etwas kontrollieren, wenn ihr euch unsicher seid und kein gutes Gefühl habt. Ich versuche den Gedanken auszublenden, was gewesen wäre, hätte ich nicht darauf gehört.
Was seit gestern Mittag passiert ist, kann ich gar nicht so richtig fassen bzw. greifen. Ich frage mich immer wieder, an welcher Stelle die falsche Abbiegung genommen wurde, denn als ich am Mittwoch beim Frauenarzt zur letzten Untersuchung vor dem CTG war, war noch alles super. Ich will gar nicht zu weit ausholen, aber als ich gestern morgen ins Krankenhaus bin, weil ich den Kleinen nicht mehr gespürt habe, hätte ich nie mit solch einem Ausgang gerechnet. Seine Herztöne waren sehr, sehr schlecht und nachdem man sich das auf dem CTG eine Weile angesehen hatte, zwei mal Ultraschall gemacht wurde, wurde entschieden, dass er geholt werden muss. Nicht per Einleitung, denn das hätte zu lange gedauert, sondern per Kaiserschnitt.
Ich hoffte, dass dann, nachdem er auf der Welt ist, alles gut ist und man direkt sagen kann, weswegen wir an dieser Stelle stehen. Beides muss ich Verneinen. Unser Kleiner musste reanimiert werden und warum das alles passiert ist, wissen wir noch nicht. Es geht ihm immer besser, aber nun haben wir einen Start ins Leben, den ich mir nie hätte ausmalen wollen. Ich liege auf der Entbindungsstation und mein kleines, so perfektes Baby, auf der Neonatologie - der Intensivstation für Neugeborene. Ich hoffe, dass alles gut bleibt und wird.
