Working on the illustrations for this book was such a special project for me. I’ve always felt deeply connected to nature. It's my favourite place to escape to, especially when life is busy and feels overwhelming or feels 'foofy' as Yvette says!
Yvette has written the most beautiful, gentle story about slowing down and listening to the wisdom of the natural world. It was such a joy and so rewarding to bring her words to life visually.

This was such an incredible project to get to work on! Getting to deep dive into the world of an artist that I so deeply admire, was very special to me!! Each page guides you through Van Gogh's life, from his younger years in the Netherlands to his travels across Europe to his life as an artist. The book is full of fun facts for kids to learn more about Van Gogh, and has many detailed spotting pages throughout.
