AWS screw chiller with a motor temp alarm. The Daikin screws have a thermistor embedded in the windings, and this one gave me 209 ohms (normal for the ambient and not running) and a direct contact to ground. Had to pump the compressor down and pull the terminal plate to find the wire pretty chewed on both ends if the thermistor. Added some heat shrink, secured the wires and she was off and running. The compressor is one of 3 getting changed in the near future and was the only thing keeping the building online.
