Abbiamo iniziato con un crocchè mandorlato pazzesco e una frittatina cacio e pepe che mi hanno fatto volare. Poi siamo passate al pezzo forte: la “Nuova Consistenza”, un padellino integrale che è una rivoluzione — croccante fuori e morbido dentro. Non poteva mancare la classica a ruota di carro e la “Nonna Ida” (provola dei Monti Lattari e patate al forno, un vero abbraccio).
La cosa top? Hanno impasti per tutti i gusti, anche senza glutine.

Il salato mi ha conquistata: il croissant con l’uovo alla Benedict era una favola. Sui dolci, beh, sono opere d’arte, ma ammetto che non tutto mi ha fatto impazzire. Quello alla nocciola è pazzesco, mentre sulla pavlova non sono scattata.
Aspettative altissime, eh, forse anche troppo. La prossima volta vado dritta sugli sfogliati che sono la loro fine del mondo.
