I started running in March last year and between then and now my progress has changed a lot. While I’m pretty much still a very average runner, i can still recognize where I’ve improved over this past year. Last week I randomly decided to run a half marathon distance long run and was pleasantly surprised at how much less painful it was. When I first ran this much, it felt so difficult I nearly cried by 15k, but this time around I was still holding up pretty strong.
I think running is such an uncomfortable thing to do, it’s hard on every single part of your body (including your mind). But that’s also the thing with life right? The more you embrace the uncomfortable, the better you’ll get at it. And that’s how you get ready to grow.

Everyone wants to find the right person but nobody talks about the inner works it takes to actually build the right relationship. I’m no expert in romance but I think the foundation to any sorts of healthy relationship is you.
You have to have a healthy relationship with your body so you’re not punishing it for carrying you throughout you days. You need to have a healthy relationship with your mind so your thoughts don’t become your enemy. Having healthy relationships with friends are also so important because they’re likely the ones who will hold you steady when life gets rocky. Last but not least, having a healthy relationship with your family can look like setting boundaries that protect your peace too.
To me, I think you gotta do the inner works first before you invite anyone into your life. Love isn’t something that fixes or completes you. It meets you where you already stand and helps you grow into a better version of yourself. 🌱
New year same me I guess? Still just going on lots of runs, hitting the gym, and making myself little sweet treats here and there. I’m honestly pretty happy with the way life is right now but also you guys know I’m never satisfied with staying where I am. So rest assured I am working behind the scenes on more interesting content for y’all 👌🏻

I have a pretty small circle in real life and most of them I’ve known for years. These people have a very special place in my heart because they’ve seen the different versions of me and still loved me throughout the years and for that I’m forever grateful for my circle of people.

I’ve always found it ironic that I’m someone who’s deeply scared of embarrassment, yet I share a big part of my life online. If I’m being honest, a lot of it felt cringe at the beginning. I used to bring my little tripod outside and film alone, fully aware of how awkward it probably looked.
But if I hadn’t pushed through that discomfort, I wouldn’t have experienced half the things I’m grateful for today or worked with so many amazing people and brands. None of that came from staying comfortable.
So as you think about your 2026 goals, remember this: feeling awkward, looking silly, or being embarrassed isn’t a sign you’re doing something wrong — it’s usually a sign you’re doing something new. And sometimes, that’s simply the cost of going after what you want.

I have a very loud internal monologue, so I figured—what better way to sort through my thoughts than on a long run?
Lately, I’ve been struggling with running fast, so I tried something different: running slow, without music. I always thought that would feel daunting—no hype songs, no beats to push me forward. Just me and the silence.
But after trying it, I get it now.
You start listening to your heartbeat, your footsteps, your breathing… and eventually, your thoughts. When there’s nothing to distract you, you actually sit with yourself.
And somewhere along the run, you realize—you learn a lot about who you are when it’s just you, moving forward, one step at a time.

Friendships are so underrated in today’s day and age. I love my friends to the moon and back because they are my strongest support system. I always end up chatting to my close friends when I feel a bit lost or overwhelmed with life. And seriously life feels a lot better afterwards. It’s not that they fixed the problem for me, but they give me the strength to believe in myself that I will be able to get through life no matter what. If you’ve ever been on the receiving end of this kind of friendship, make sure you pay it forward. Show up for your circle and they will back you up as well.

3 days into the new year how are we feeling? Personally I think time is just a concept made by humans and that the new year shouldn’t change your entire life. But with that said, I still like to use it as a benchmark sometimes to set goals and timeline for my life. I’ve just gone ahead and made my list of goals for 2026 and I encourage y’all to do so as well. Physically write them down and if you want, add mini milestones on how you can achieve the goals. Let’s start the year strong together!

It’s that time of year when everyone shares their yearly recap, so here’s mine. I feel really lucky to say that 2025 was a good year — one filled with new experiences, trial and error, and a lot of learning along the way.
While I’ve always been an active person, fitness truly took over my year — especially running — and I couldn’t be happier about it. Running taught me delayed gratification, discipline, and showed me that I’m capable of going further than I ever thought I could.
I lost some friendships and gained new ones, which reminded me that people will always come and go in life — and that’s okay. On paper, it might not look like much changed this year, but I know everything shifted for me: my mindset, my confidence, and my physical health.
I’ve set some pretty big (and exciting) goals for 2026, and I’m genuinely excited to work toward them. I know I can do hard things. I have patience. And I trust myself to follow through. What about you?

I went into this year a little avoidant, and I’m ending it feeling more confident and secure than I ever have. I learned how much communication matters, and I slowly let go of the fear of being abandoned.
I realized that life isn’t about walking away the moment things get hard. Sometimes it’s about staying, trying, and showing up honestly before deciding to let go. Love isn’t passive — it’s reaching out, even when you don’t know how things will turn out.
This year was full of experiences, and I’m grateful for all of them — especially the hard ones. Those moments shaped me into who I am now.
