🏠 The Dreamhouse: What if the very house he always wanted to get into never lets him leave?
I loved working on this quick project in one evening from photography to final composite! 😍 The juxtaposition of the bubbly Barbie theme with the dark backdrop of a psychological horror film worked so perfectly. ❤️

One bite, a fab nap, and you wake up to a prince and a castle? Snow literally SKIPPED to the good part! 💯
So, when I was conceptualizing this shoot for the gorgeous new Shanghai Disney Resort 10th Anniversary Limited Edition doll, I knew she had to be filling her basket (on loan from Rachel’s Snow) with apples, completely unbothered... maybe baking more pies for the dwarfs to celebrate the occasion, or just looking for her next great nap. 🥧😴
🎨: For the overall mood and tone of this artwork, I wanted to evoke a very Thomas Kinkade-esque style painting with lots of detail in the environment and a very vibrant yet warm grading. Finishing it up with the Shanghai Disney Resort castle in the sky. 🌈
To me, this doll just might be the fairest one of all. I love how this faithful take on her iconic dress is embellished with rich reds and brilliant golds to represent the luck and wealth of Chinese culture for the park’s milestone anniversary. The gown, the intricate details, the face mold, and the hair styling are all executed to perfection. ❤️💛

This singing Pocahontas doll from 2011 is so special to me. Aside from being my first ever Pocahontas doll, it’s one of the very first pieces I bought for myself when I started collecting in 2012! Her hair is easily my favorite part 🍂 and of course, the acapella track of ‘s breathtaking vocals is the cherry on top. 🤎 I really miss when Disney did these 17” singing dolls with acapella tracks! 🎶
While I completely understand why Disney steps back from celebrating the film itself due to its complex history, the incredible artistry of the animation and music still holds a massive place in my collector heart. I really hope we see her get a beautiful, respectful tribute by the time her 35th anniversary comes around the riverbend. 🩵

Esmeralda’s strength taught me that you must always stand up for those who can’t speak up for themselves. She had her own struggles, but that never stopped her from standing up for Quasimodo. 🌞 Voiced to life by the exquisite and animated to life by Tony Fucile.
📸 For this photoshoot, I wanted to portray her front and center, defiantly dancing with Djali in the golden light of the sun as she is the representation of goodness and warmth in the story, while the three men who represent romance, platonic love, and lust gaze from the back. ❤️🔥
🎨 To bring this vision to life, I mixed the best of both worlds for the ultimate Esmeralda doll: the classic Mattel dress from 1996 (which to date is the most screen-accurate portrayal of her look) and the stunning face sculpt of the 2025 Designer Esmeralda. 💯
This piece was so fun to create as it was a composite of so many different shots and elements, all combining into one to create the final artwork. I’m very proud of this image, it’s easily one of my absolute faves! 😍

The execution on the gradient ombré fabric, the intricate up-do, and those iconic metallic accessories are incredibly stunning and so faithfully recreated. Massive kudos to the talented design team at Disney for capturing the sheer romance and intricate detail of this iconic look! 😭🙌
