it over to sear the other side until you get
that deep, smoky char. Once both sides
are beautifully browned, wrap it up in foil
to lock in the juices, keeping the pork
moist and tender as it finishes cooking.
When it’s done, baste it with honey for
that glossy finish. Then slice it up, serve
it with jasmine rice & fresh cucumber salad,
or add it to fried rice or chow mein, OR
just roll it in spring rolls, & enjoy.
I also love making Char Siu using
ribs, and chicken! So good!!!! 😍
