The tasting room staff was incredible, so knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about the wines, the vineyards, and the history of the region. I loved learning more about True Myth and how the brand is really rooted in a “belief in nature,”
celebrating the best of the Central Coast through two iconic wine regions: the warm climate of Paso Robles for their reds and the cool coastal influence of Edna Valley for their whites.
We tasted through three of their wines: the Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Cabernet Sauvignon, and honestly, every single one was delicious. The Chardonnay was everything you want in a classic California Chardonnay, rich, creamy, and full of tropical fruit flavors. Super refreshing and perfect for the warmer months ahead. The Pinot Noir was vibrant and smooth,
with beautiful red cherry and ripe strawberry notes layered with hints of vanilla and spice. It had this velvety texture and such a long, flavorful finish. And the Cabernet Sauvignon? Pure Paso Robles energy in a glass. Rich aromas of blueberry, cherry, and vanilla, leading into dark red fruits, black currants, pepper, mocha, and caramelized oak. Bold but still really smooth and approachable.
