La solita selezione di prodotti confezionati senza glutine, tristi come un lunedì mattina, messi lì giusto per dire “abbiamo pensato anche a te”.
Ora, io una domanda me la faccio: com’è possibile che nel 2026, in una struttura dove una camera supera i 1000 euro a notte, non si riesca a comprare un cornetto fresco, una sfogliatella senza glutine o qualche prodotto artigianale da una delle tantissime pasticcerie della zona?
La location merita assolutamente le 5 stelle. La colazione senza glutine, invece, neanche lontanamente.
E per chi mi segue sa che per me la colazione non è un dettaglio: è IL pasto più importante della giornata.
Perciò il giudizio è semplice:
🏨 Hotel: promosso.
🥐 Colazione senza glutine: clamorosamente bocciata.
Cari hotel di lusso, la celiachia non si gestisce con tre merendine confezionate e due fette biscottate in una cesta. Fate di meglio il prima possibile.
Avete degli chef in cucina, fare 2 pancake con una farina di riso non costa nulla.

Avevamo avvisato l’hotel settimane prima della mia celiachia e ci era stata garantita una colazione senza glutine.
Poi ci siamo ritrovati davanti a una tavola fatta quasi solo di prodotti confezionati.
Ci siamo lamentati. Educatamente, ma chiaramente.
Perché nel 2026 il “gluten free” non può essere ancora questo, soprattutto in un hotel 5 ⭐️ luxury.
E sapete una cosa?
La mattina dopo sono arrivati pancake, waffle, crepes e persino una torta senza glutine lasciata in camera. 💚

Anzi, alla fine siamo stati trattati come dei veri ospiti presso
Ma serve a ricordare una cosa importante:
non accontentatevi mai del minimo sindacale.
Perché spesso il problema non è che “non possono farlo”.

Viaggio spesso in treno, e quando capita anche in prima classe per avere un servizio migliore, ma non sempre è così 😡
Oggi ho deciso di raccontarvi purtroppo, con questo breve video,la mia esperienza negativa 😢 su.
È mai possibile che, in un mondo di cibi preconfezionati, precotti, sopratutto per evitare contaminazioni, un’azienda importante come Italo, offra soltanto degli snack senza glutine per chi soffre di questa malattia?
Ma perchè dobbiamo sempre accontentarci di doverci saziare con dei semplici snack?
Poi però (con tutto il rispetto, anche se quella è una scelta di vita) mettono nel menù l’opzione dei panini per vegani/vegetariani, ma siamo seri?
L’unica nota positiva è che per una volta, uno steward, abbiamo potuto comprendere appieno la mia situazione visto che anche lui era celiaco.
Fatemi sapere cosa ne pensate nei commenti.
Ps: il servizio naturalmente non dovrebbe essere servito soltanto nella prima classe o nei salotti club del treno ma in tutte le carrozze.

Ho pianto perchè, essere su una delle più importanti riviste nazionali, mi ha fatto capire, ancora di più, quanto sia importante il "lavoro" che faccio.
Quel "lavoro" che è nato per gioco è che ad oggi, ha il suo importante seguito, perchè credetemi, la gente mi ferma per strada per ringraziarmi per l'informazione che ogni giorno, io e i miei colleghi, diamo sulla celiachia e sui locali glutenfree.
Ho pianto perchè ho pensato a quanto sarebbe stata orogliosa mia mamma se avesse avuto l'opportunità di vedere oggi questa foto su questa rivista, è di quanto, con il suo meraviglioso sorriso si sarebbe vantata di me 😇
La strada per il successo, che sono sicro un giorno arriverà (perche è sempre stato il mio sogno nel cassetto) è ancora lunga, ma come tutti i traguardi che ho raggiunto nella mia vita, non smetterò mai di SOGNARE E SOPRATUTTO DI CREDERE NELL'UNICA PERSONA CHE AD OGGI NONOSTANTE TUTTO, CE LA STA FACENDO, ME STESSO. 😍
