I want to share how this all came together:
Some of you might remember that last winter I ran a public ranking where I presented eight tracks and asked you all to vote. That process brought me into contact with Eddie from Denude, who gave me very constructive feedback. In the end, that led me to his label and, in May, to this vinyl release. Vinyl is such a beautiful medium, and releasing a record today is a big investment that comes with financial risk.

Then I met Bjarki at just the right moment in Armenia, which completed the whole story. He’s an artist I’ve admired for years. Thank you for the beautiful contribution. I couldn’t have wished for more. 🤍

Sessions with Philipp Priebe, evolving our Davids & Tosh project and presenting a sound piece for Pascale Espinoza’s video work at the Museum of Photography are projects I enjoy a lot. I’m looking forward to diving deeper into improvising and performing live in more art-leaning spaces.

There’s a precision and feeling in his music that I really appreciate, a certain complexity that never feels forced. His tracks blend effortlessly with both old and new school techno.
