-300g de puré de papas

-Nuez moscada y sal a gusto
-120g de harina común aprox
Para la salsa:
-2 cebollas medianas
-1 diente de ajo
-300g de tomates cherry
-Sal y pimienta
-Casancrem 200g
-Albahaca c/n
💥 PROCEDIMIENTO
•Para la masa vas a mezclar el puré de papas con 1 yema, nuez moscada y sal. Integras muy bien, agregamos harina y terminamos de formar la masa, después vamos cortando y formando los ñoquis.
•Para la salsa, rehogamos ajo y cebolla hasta que esten apenas dorados, incorporamos los tomates cherrys, cocinamos unos minutos mas y dejamos enfriar.
•Vamos a mixear los vegetales rehogados con sal, pimienta, albahaca fresca y Casancrem que va a realzar los sabores y aportar una cremosidad increible a nuestra salsa
•Calentamos agua hasta hervir, cocinamos los ñoquis y los mezclamos con la salsa agregandole un poco de agua de coccion. Y listo! a disfrutar de estos tremendos ñoquis junto a la suavidad y cremosidad de Casancrem.

1/2 taza de avena instantánea

Paso a paso:
-Base del postre: Pisar la banana y sumarle la avena. Pasar a un molde chico cubierto con papel film y aplastar bien contra el fondo. Reservar en la heladera.
-Crema y armado: Mezclar el CasanCrem con la pasta de pistachos y tu endulzante favorito. Verter esta preparación sobre la base de banana y avena.
