1L bouillon français Carrés Futés de votre choix
300 gr riz à risotto
2 carottes
1 oignon
2 gousses d'ail
Copeaux de parmesan
Un peu de vin blanc
Dans une casserole faites revenir l'ail et l'oignon dans 2 c.à.s d'huile d'olive.
Ajoutez ensuite les carottes coupées en dés.
Versez le riz à risotto et arrosez le tout de vin blanc. Laissez le riz absorber le vin blanc en mélangeant bien.
Ajoutez ensuite une louche de bouillon, laissez absorber avant d'y ajouter une autre louche.
Répétez l'opération jusqu'à absorption complète du bouillon.
Une fois le risotto prêt, servez dans une assiette et ajoutez quelques copeaux de parmesan.
