2 cups nettle leaf
2 cups oat straw

6 tbsp lemon peel
6 tbsp marshmallow root
How to steep:
Use about 1 tbsp of tea per cup of water in the loose leaf tea infuser

2 12 oz cans evaporated milk
Flakey sea salt
Instructions:
Bring sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt to a boil.
Keep temp at a boil and continuously slowly stir in the 2 cans of evaporated milk a little at a time. Should take about 10 min per can.
Add a thermometer and bring the temp up to 235°-238°
Pour in a 9 x 13 pan lined with parchment paper and sprinkle with flakey salt
Let cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 30 min before cutting

Based on my aunt ‘s granola recipe. It’s nutritious, has a holiday flair, and is sort of a kitchen sink situation. You can throw in any combo of dry ingredients that you want!
INGREDIENTS
4 c Bob’s red mill oats
1/2 c hemp hearts
1/2 c wheat germ
1 c dried cranberries
2 c pecans or cashews
2 cups sliced almonds
2 c coconut flakes
1/2 c butter
1/2 c honey
1/2 c light brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla bean paste
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp salt
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 325 and line 2 pans with parchment paper
Combine all of the dry ingredients together in a large bowl
Combine wet ingredients in a bowl
Combine dry and wet ingredients in bowl
Pour over trays and bake around 15 min Stir and then bake 8-12 more watching not to brown too much
