Yo sé que no es la gran diferencia pero dejen les explico porque lo único que hice es incluir hábitos
Hace 1 año aproximadamente empecé a practicar estos “hábitos” específicos los cuales vi en un video explicando que al seguirlos tu cara cambiaba significativamente con cosas tan simples, la verdad pensaba que no funcionaba pero decidí intentarlo porque no me costaba nada solo disciplina y estar en una preparación física me ayudaba con el tema de la alimentación así que no tenía nada que perder. Ya cuidaba el sodio y las azúcares así que solo tenía que seguir con lo que faltaba que era comprar productos de skin care etc.
Esto lo hice a “escondidas” hasta ver si tenía resultados o no. Últimamente me hacían comentarios sobre “verme diferente” y lo digo de la manera más humilde así que decidí comparar mi cambio en este año y 1 mes aprox y no es mucho ni una transformación increíble mucho de eso también es grasa e hinchazón por el tema del sodio y mi antigua alimentación pero me di cuenta que si funciona!! Con cosas tan simples como respirar por la nariz, tomar mucha agua, tener una rutina de skin care, Reducir el sodio y quitar azucar etc. Puedes provocar a largo plazo un cambio
Era muy escéptico a esto, más porque los cambios no se ven hasta que pasa mucho tiempo y tu día a día no notas absolutamente nada. Hasta que compare las fotos. Solo quiero compartir e invitarlos a seguir unos buenos hábitos porque me di cuenta que traen más beneficios de los que pensamos o creemos.
