Especially as adults, we make so many excuses for ourselves…
“I can’t take that dance class.”
“I’ve never danced before.”
“I’m too old to start now.”
But those are just fears and excuses we tell ourselves.
You are more than capable of challenging yourself at any stage of your life. Trying something new doesn’t mean it’s going to be easy though. The hardest part is the commitment, the consistency, and continuing to show up for yourself even on the days you feel discouraged.
But I promise you… if you keep showing up and truly set your mind to something, you WILL get better. Growth takes time, patience, and grace with yourself.
So this is your reminder:
start the class, take the risk, try the new thing.
Because it is never too late. ✨ Register for dance classes: #dallas #dance #dancer #danceclass #clasedebaile🫶🏽

As adults choosing to take a dance class, let’s make sure we enjoy the process and make the best of our time while we’re there — no matter how challenging it may feel, no matter if it’s new to us, or something we’ve never done before. Be patient with yourself, give yourself grace, and don’t compare yourself to others in the room because everyone comes from a different dance background and experience level. Some people have been dancing longer, and that’s okay. Trust the process, keep showing up for yourself, and enjoy the journey.
One thing about being in this room is that we are there for each other. At the end of the day, we’re all in the same boat — we’re there because we’re passionate about dancing. We’re there to support, uplift, encourage, and grow together. No one is better than anyone in the room, no matter how much experience they may have. Especially in my beginner classes, it’s not about being perfect, it’s about how you feel while you’re dancing and allowing yourself to enjoy the moment.

Class starts at 8:45 a.m. and is one hour long. We begin with stretching, move into a light cardio section, and finish by learning a fun combo. This class is designed for you to learn at your own pace, meet new people, grow your confidence, and simply enjoy the process. There’s no pressure to be perfect — the goal is to have a good time while challenging yourself in a supportive environment.
Even though it’s a beginner class, if it’s your first time dancing, give yourself patience and grace. Anything new can feel challenging at first, but growth comes from showing up consistently. My biggest advice: commitment and consistency. Like anything in life you want to get better at, you have to keep showing up for yourself. 🤍
You can find all available classes on. New classes are posted at the beginning of every month, and class packs are available if you want to save money while staying consistent. #DallasDance #DanceClass #LatinFusion #BeginnerDanceClass #Dallas ✨

Open level means all levels are welcome. The reason is because the class is taught two times, so you have two opportunities to learn, retain, and grow with the piece throughout the two classes. With 15 years of experience in dance and choreography, I spent 7 years as a professional dancer with the Dallas Cowboys Rhythm and Blue Dancers and the Dallas Mavericks D-Town Crew. Throughout my career, I’ve had the amazing opportunity to perform on platforms like MTV Tr3s and open for Reggaeton artist Nicky Jam. I’ve collaborated with various artists, including La Cruz, Dorrough Music, Shab Music, comedian Mario Aguilar, La India Yuridia, and Desiree Sierra.
In addition to that, I’ve participated in events like World of Dance, the Latin TV show Tengo Talento Mucho Talento, DIFFA Dallas, Paul Mitchell, Latino Pride, and the Carne Asada Festival. My choreography has also been featured on Good Morning America, and I have worked on projects for Choreography Pros and the National Dance Alliance.
