During summer, the weather in the Serengeti plains is very dry, which leads to A LOT of dust in the air with all the safari cars driving around.

The Dallah is a coffee pot mostly found in the Arabian peninsula and used by the locals and Bedouins to brew coffee mixed with spices.
It is mostly known for its crescent-shaped beak.
This one was taken in the deserts of the Sultanate of Oman, a country I wholeheartedly recommend to visit if you ever plan on being the Arabian Gulf region.

It was my first trip out of Spain since 2019 and it felt good to be on the road again after many years of struggle since the pandemic hit.
Those who know me are aware that I never pick favorites. However, if someone asks me "what's your favorite country in the Arabian Gulf region?", my answer is immediately "Oman". It is such a surprising country rich in culture and landscapes. A humble country that contrasts with its rich over-the-top neighbors.
I will be sharing photos and portraits I took there in the next few weeks. I mostly shot in Black and White, but I'll be sharing landscape shots as well.
I am looking forward to going back again in the future.

The heat wave is still going strong here in Spain, and temperatures are hovering around 38ºC. It is times like this that I wish I could be camping on the empty beaches of Oman like I used to years ago with my friends.

This heat wave in Europe is making my brain, my body and my hopes and dreams melt away.
Fun fact: This lion is one of the rare lions with a dark mane in the Ngorongoro Conservation Area in Tanzania. Usually most of them have a golden yellow mane closer to their fur color.
