カリカリのうちに冷凍して冷たいカヌレにかじりつく(口の中切りそうになりますが)のがもっぱらのこの頃です。
暑い時にひんやりカヌレ、なかなかおつです😊
バナナとレモンのパブロバ始まりました
バナナのこっくりした甘さとレモンカードの爽やかな酸味が、ココナッツのメレンゲど生クリームと出会うとこんなにもマッチするなんて❤️
自慢の組み合わせです！そしてミントもぜひ一緒に食べてほしい！

另一個相當沉迷的甜品，
大概就是可麗露。
喜歡的，
當然是外脆內軟的口感。
於是打開 Google Map，
直接輸入カヌレ，
竟然在京都找到一間
乾脆就用這個名字的 cafe cannele kyoto 。
在5樓，
不算顯眼，
但也不難找。
可麗露自然是招牌。
而這一份，
是反過來上盤的。
最近吃多了，
越看越覺得可愛。
總覺得，
可以做點什麼食品模型擺設。

another dessert to keep going back to

is the crisp outside and soft inside.
So I opened Google Maps,
typed in “canelé,”
and found a café in Kyoto
named after it.
Went to cannele kyoto on the 5th floor,
not very noticeable,
but easy enough to find.
Canelé is,
of course,
the highlight.
This one,
was served upside down.
After having quite a few lately,
they somehow feel cuter each time.
Makes you think they could become a food replica piece.

最近よく食べているせいか、
