Brent and I started writing “Sober You” at the beginning of 2023 but never finished it. Then we kinda lost touch for a few months. It wasn’t until August 2023 that I messaged him again. I was at Boots! Bailey Zimmerman had just put on a wicked show and I was feeling inspired. “hey dude I was just thinking we never finished that song”. Fast forward a year later and we’re up on stage playing it for you. Crazy
