I honestly can’t believe how quickly the time has flown by. When I started this career, I knew there would be a lot to learn, but I don’t think I fully understood just how much this business would challenge me, teach me, and push me to grow.
Real estate definitely keeps me on my toes. Every client, every transaction, and every situation is different. That’s what makes it so much fun—and, at times, a little crazy. There’s rarely a “normal” day, especially in the beginning of a new career.
I’m incredibly grateful to be surrounded by an amazing mentor and teammate who help me reframe the madness, talk me through the tough moments, and quite literally hold my hand through so much of this. I truly could not have done this without you.
I’m also so thankful for the friends I’ve made in this business who have shared their wisdom, encouragement, advice, and support along the way. The real estate community has given me far more than I ever expected.
And then there’s my family. Dom, my mom, my stepdad, my mother-in-law, Leo, and all of our friends and family—you have supported me in more ways than I can probably put into words. From helping with the day-to-day to cheering me on through the highs and lows, you’ve all played a huge part in making this career change possible.
Real estate is a people business, and that’s one of the things I love most about it. I get to help people navigate a major life decision with as much clarity, confidence, and care as I can. I don’t take that responsibility lightly.

I hear this all the time: “We’re going to wait until interest rates come down before we buy.”
And honestly? I get it. Your interest rate matters. But I wouldn’t make your entire home-buying decision based on trying to time the market.
Here’s why:
🏡 More buyers may come back. If rates drop significantly, more people who have been sitting on the sidelines could jump back into the market. More competition can mean more buyers chasing the same homes.
💰 You can potentially refinance later. A mortgage rate isn’t necessarily permanent. If rates improve down the road and refinancing makes financial sense, you may have the option to revisit your loan.
📈 Home prices don’t necessarily wait for rates. Lower rates can increase buying power for more buyers, which can put upward pressure on prices in some markets.
🎯 The right time depends on your situation. If you find the right home, the payment works for your budget, and you plan to stay long enough for the purchase to make sense, waiting solely for a lower rate may not be the best strategy.
The goal isn’t to perfectly predict what rates or prices will do next. It’s to understand the numbers, your options, and what makes sense for you.
