Creating this cake was a long process and incredible journey! I poured my heart and soul into every detail, from the lifelike features in the face, replica jersey, joggers, shoes and kippah.
This cake included recordings of his family wishing him personal messages of what they each love and cherish about him ❤️
I built this structure on wheels for easier maneuvering and transportation since we knew this was going to be a heavy one. 20 lbs. of chocolate was used to ganache this cake alone! (I don’t know the total weight of this cake🤦♀️)

This time, I was able to video a little of behind-the-scenes process. Yes, that’s me cutting, drilling and figuring out all the architectural components to create the cake structures.
We also added our fire surprise to the bottom of this cake for a rocket experience at their table! A birthday message was revealed after takeoff 🔥.
I had so much fun with this cake, it was hard to send it off 🚀 but knowing my client will be enjoying 3 different cake combos inside made it a little sweeter. Prepare for liftoff to an epic birthday or a special occasion with a cake that will leave you guests speechless, whatever your imagination!
