4月29日よりご用意いたします。
昨年ご好評いただいた柑橘のパフェを大きく見直し、今年は“香り”に焦点を当てた構成に仕上げました。
甘夏や河内晩柑の瑞々しさに、赤紫蘇やレモングラス、カルダモンなど、さまざまな香りを重ねています。
ポップコーンのアイスやヨーグルトの酸味、ほのかに感じる醤油とショコラのコクが全体をまとめ、軽やかでありながら奥行きのある味わいに。
しっかりとしたボリュームがありながら、食べ終えたあとに残るのは重さではなく、静かな余韻。
