Teaspoon of rice, wine vinegar

Dry mix
Half a cup of flour
Teaspoon of paprika
Teaspoon of Cayanne pepper
Teaspoon of garlic powder
A pinch of MSG
A pinch of pepper
Half teaspoon of cornstarch
Wet mix
Half a cup of flour
Half a cup of oat milk
teaspoon of garlic powder
Teaspoon of Cayanne pepper
Teaspoon of onion powder

A bowl of rice crispies.
Method
Prep your slaw at the start and set it a side. Cut all your veggies up and mix with dressing from the slaw ingredients above.
Make your dry mix and your wet mix with the above ingredients and set aside.
Fill a bowl with rice crispies and crunch with hands to get the desired consistency.
Wash your mushrooms and pat dry. Dip mushrooms in your dry mix. Then dip and coat in the wet mix.
Cover in rice crispies and pop it in the air fryer spray with oil or one cal spray. Cook for 15 mins on 180C or until golden brown.
When cooked coat in Korean BBQ sauce.

have I converted to a full vegan yet? no.. but would I all these pizzas again, absolutely!! especially the one from Pizzeria it's like carbs heaven!! the one was delicious I really enjoyed that and then pizza was beautiful I love that style of pizza and the dough alone was so soft but had a lovely chew to it.. and would I go on this tour again, absolutely!! it's different to the other things that are on in Dublin and you get to meet some really lovely people and have food you normally wouldn't get.. #thingstodoindublin #veganpizzatour #veganfood #veganpizza #food
