Some of you might not know that I am a one-person shop, meaning each shoe is handmade from beginning to end by me. I also have to balance ordering supplies, updating the website, responding to social media and answering emails. I have never been a fast maker as I take my time with the shoe making process, and that’s why my processing time is a lil longer than other shops. In the last few months, I have received such overwhelming support and business that has driven me to increase processing time up to 8 weeks at first. I have now had to completely freeze my website to make sure I can fulfill and make all your orders without taking on new ones for the time being.
Due to supply chain interruptions some orders might take a little longer. Please bear with me as I continue to keep making your shoes as fast as I am physically able. At the moment I will not be able to prioritize answering emails about order updates. Please allow at least 8 weeks from order date before reaching out. If you need your order by a specific date or prefer not wait that long and cancel - please reach out and I will do my best to accommodate.
