5 things I do while flying, thought me by working in #aviation industry:
If ull find it helpful hit that ❤ and show me some love 😉
1. I always take large bottle of water. Air in the #aircraft is extremely dry, so its very important to drink plenty of water (its recommended by specialists to consime at least 250ml per 1h of flying).
2. I'm always wearing comfortable clothing n shoes. Ur body is already affected by pressure changes, so no need to suffocate it w uncomfortable cloth.
3. I never take big bag in the aircraft. Here r few points: flight might be busy and my bag might not find space in the overhead locker, also in case of anything I don't want to overload myself.
4. Trying my best to wash/sanitise hands regularly (u never know, who was sitting on this seat before u).
5. And very important thing of mine is.....I always take antibacterial wet wipes and wipe my tray table, armrest and anything I might be touching while seating on my respective seat (again, u dont know who was sitting in this seat before u and trust me, not everyone respect aircraft amenities and its direct purpose, I mean it, so better to take care of urself 😉)

1. Я всегда беру с собой в полет бутылку воды. Воздух в самолёте очень сухой и в нем практически совсем отсутствует влага, по этому очень важно восполнять запас жидкости в организме (рекомендуется выпивать 250 мл. воды за 1 час полёта).
2. Я всегда предпочитаю комфортную одежду узкой и неудобной в полете. Ваш организм уже переживает стресс из-за изменения давления и находясь в воздухе, грубо говоря, по этому не стоит нагружать его ещё больше одевая в полет некомфортную одежду.
3. Я стараюсь как можно чаще мыть руки/ пользоваться санитайзером (никогда не знаешь, кто сидел на этом месте до тебя...)
