Zutaten (für 2 Portion):
👉 1x Packung vegetarische Protein-Maultaschen von mit
👉 etwas Öl zum Braten
👉 3 Eier
👉 Salz, Pfeffer
👉 1 Handvoll EDEKA Herzstücke Cherrytomaten
👉 ½ Packung Feta (100 g)
Zubereitung:
❶ Maultaschen in mundgerechte Stücke schneiden.
❷ Etwas Öl in einer Pfanne erhitzen und die Maultaschen darin rundherum anbraten, bis sie außen goldbraun und leicht knusprig sind.
❸ Eier in einer Schüssel verquirlen, mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen und direkt über die Maultaschen in die Pfanne geben.
❹ Alles gut vermengen und bei mittlerer Hitze stocken lassen, bis das Ei cremig gebunden ist.
❺ Cherrytomaten halbieren und zusammen mit dem zerbröselten Feta über die heißen Maultaschen geben.
❻ Kurz stehen lassen, damit der Feta leicht weich wird und die Tomaten warm werden.
