Esto es algo que ha agravado el shock Postraumático y generado un descontento y pérdida de esperanza de un gran groso del personal sanitario.

Cuando estés en una residencia o sobretodo un Hospital privado, pregunta si quien está a pie de cama es una enfermera o te la están colando.
Si hay enfermeras. Faltan muchas. Pero haberlas haylas.
Lo que pasa es que ofrecen sueldos irrisorios que claro q es imposible que vayan a cubrir.
No tener dinero para pagar una enfermera no legitima poner a trabajar a cualquiera.
Ni si quiera el no encontrar enfermeras hace lícito contratar a cualquiera o dar cursos acelerados para jugar a las enfermeras.
Luego nos lamentamos de que la sanidad es deficiente o que pasa lo que pasa.
Esto en una profesión mayoritariamente deficiente hombres sería impensable.
Paguen como es debido y verán que se cubren los puestos de trabajo.
