To all the mama’s out there: what a blessing it is to be a giver of life. I mean really. Theres no greater honor in the world than to be able to host and grow a human from your own flesh and blood. How powerful and divine is that? My heart is so incredibly full.

Lastly, I could say a million and a half things about Boulder Community Midwives, and it still wouldn’t even scratch the surface of how incredible they all are. The same goes for every nurse that was present during delivery. I prayed for a VBAC, I longed for a VBAC. And thanks to their advocacy and encouragement, I had the most wonderful VBAC experience that blew my expectations out of the water. Thank you ladies for all you do for women, thanks to my husband for all the love and encouragement during the grueling labor, and thank you God for this family of mine.
