Let’s do the damn thing squad 🤝

I thought my social life would be “over” when I quit using substances to “create” an experience.
Turns out, my mindset and energy creates the vibe I’m looking for 10/10 times and bonus: I remember the whole night 😅
With that being said, I strategize to sustain my energy:
- Rest the day before
- Take a nap before going out
- Hydrate like a boss
- Eat enough carbs and protein right before leaving ( Protein + Oatmeal always hits perfectly for me 👌🏼)
- Have an exit plan (I usually drive my own car) in case I am tapped out
- Go with people I love being with (shoutout and 🙌🏼)
- LET LOOSE AND HAVE FUN!
Being “sober” doesn’t mean you can’t do the things you love, it’s actually an access point to LIVING your life and truly experiencing this journey with your whole heart.
And with that being said, I have ZERO judgement on what people choose to or not to drink/use, I’ve just done enough research to know that I am terrible at using substances in moderation 🤭
So party on my friends, we only have one life to live ❤️

Ps. Bless my girl for telling me to bring a jacket 👌🏼
Does this outfit work squad?! 👇

And body painting with activated party girl Britt mode 🤣
The DJs made it impossible to stop dancing, the squad was aligned and the smiles didn’t stop. 🥰
Shoutout to my fiesta partner for always bringing the good energy! 🙌🏼

What they have is an inner critic that hasn’t been put in its place YET.
And when you train your internal dialogue to work FOR you rather than AGAINST you, the noise outside loses its power.
Remember, your reality lives in your language (including the words you say to yourself).
We are powerful beyond measure squad, it’s time to flip the script 🤝

And we took my favorite bikini by for another spin this year.
Karen and I decided it’s time to put it in a crystal box and retire it after 👑 👑 👑 👑 🙌🏼
I am so grateful for the package we brought this year AND I know exactly what I want to improve on in 2026.
My favorite part is that I LOVE this version of myself and that the tweaks I want to make are not coming from a place of “I’m not good enough,” but from the space of “How can I improve on a mental, physical and spiritual level?”
I see my physique as my personal art project. I get to create the flow, the vibe, the energy as master my craft, which is honestly the coolest thing to experience! (For me hehe)
With that being said, THANK YOU to and of for teaching me how to pose with intention, take up space and shine on stage! Working with both of you upgraded my confidence to a whole new level that I didn’t know was within me. Love you both ❤️
And of course another Huge shoutout to my coach for your support, guidance and belief as we created another great year and to for a fantastic show!
The best has yet to come 🤝

Building muscle is the primary goal…
Doing cardio first just burns off the energy you need to lift heavy and build muscle.
If you want the best results…
Lift weights first.
Lift like you mean it.
Lift like you want to get strong.
Finish with stairs.
That’s how you build powerful, athletic, sexy legs without killing your gains.
Train smarter….

It feels poetic that I hit my rock bottom on the Winter Solstice. It is the darkest day of the year, but also the day we welcome the return of the light.
When I realized the reaction I have to any substance was different than the average person, I felt broken, but strangely hopeful.
It was the a-ha moment that pushed me to surrender to the fact that I would never drink like a “normal” person, which in turn, got me into action.
I was also taught that alcoholism was not a moral failure or the character flaw I thought it was - It was my nervous system asking for relief, my overactive brain begging for peace.
And although I couldn’t continue on the way I was, there was still a deep fear that my life would some how get worse if I let go this “party girl” identity I had been clinging onto.
The truth: Sobriety didn’t make life smaller, it made it expansive.
It gave me freedom of mind.
The courage to stop numbing and start feeling.
To sit with discomfort instead of running from it.
To let pain refine me instead of erase me.
And here’s the part people don’t talk about enough:
Life gets REALLY good.
Not perfect, but fulfilling.
I get authentic joy that isn’t manufactured, deep love, safety in my body and a mind that feels like home.
I don’t fear the hard moments anymore.
I trust them because I know growth lives there.
Alcoholism wasn’t the bad thing.
Avoiding myself was.
Today, I honor the darkness that taught me how to choose the light. And because of that choice, I get a life I’m unwilling to lose.
17 years on the side of light and I wouldn’t trade this life for anything.
I got this.
You got this.
WE got this.
❤️

Protein keeps you full… helps build lean muscle… and naturally curbs your appetite.
That alone puts it at the top of the nutrition hierarchy.
When you eat protein, your body releases GLP-1… the same hormone people chase with Ozempic.
The difference? Protein triggers it naturally. No injections required. Just better food priorities.
Protein is also the literal building block of muscle.
No protein… no muscle. It’s not complicated.
A high protein diet also stabilizes blood sugar… fewer spikes, fewer crashes… and more steady, sustainable energy throughout the day.
Eat protein daily.
Do it consistently.
And your body will start responding the way you’ve been trying to force it to for years.
