A poem that has been accompanied me since many years and every time I read and feel it I am brought to tears.
The force of love, when we truly open ourselves to the love that is inside and always around, how it liberates us into life. And yes it required courage, the bravery of the heart, to say yes to it over and over again. To let love in, to open even when scared, to love even when hurt and to say I love you when trembling.
To love even when it’s not returned.
To choose it again and again.
And yes it costs all that we are and will ever be but I believe only love sets us free.

These past months at the shores of the sacred waters of Lake Atitlán something awakened even deeper within me.
A deeper connection to my womb and to my life force.
A deeper remembrance of the creative power that lives within every woman.
Sitting in ceremony and prayer and Temazcal with the nanas and curanderas, I could feel that this remembrance was no longer something I understood with my mind. It was entering my body.
A deep remembrance that everything we long to create, call in, and bring to life does not begin in the mind.
It begins in the womb.
In the fertile darkness. In the mystery. In the spacious void where life waits patiently to be conceived.
The deeper I sink into her, the deeper I root into myself.
The more clearly I can feel what is true.
What is mine to nurture. What is waiting to be born through me. I hold my longings tenderly within this fertile space.
And from this place, life began to meet me differently. As I am moving with less force, less striving, less need to control. And instead with deeper trust. With beauty felt from within. And a divine flow I am surrendering to.
I believe this is the Beauty Way.
A way of walking through life in relationship with the body, the womb, and the heart.
Listening deeply. Softening often. Allowing life to move through us rather than constantly trying to make it happen.
As the feminine unfolds differently. She softens. She receives. And from that fertile ground, life begins to bloom.
This is the path I choose and continue to walk.
And this is the path I will be sharing in The Beauty Way this Saturday.

Each time I return to the sacred cacao lands, something within me softens and awakens. Praying beneath the trees, holding ceremony in the heart of the cacao jungle, surrounded by a land so alive, abundant, and wise, I am reminded of the profound intelligence that lives within nature and within ourselves.
This land has changed me forever. It has touched something so deep in my soul, a place beyond words. At times, it feels as though I have walked these lands before, many lifetimes ago.
For the past seven years, it has been one of my greatest honors to share the spirit of Mama Cacao, carrying the wisdom of this sacred land and the frequency of truth, connection, and remembrance into the spaces I weave here in Amsterdam, at the beautiful oasis of.
Sometimes it feels as though we bring the jungle here with us. Or perhaps, for a few precious hours, we are transported there. Timelines weaving together. Dimensions softly touching. Portals opening into remembrance - of our innate wisdom, our connection to all life, and the abundant love that lives within us.
I have two more Cacao Ceremonies coming up this month, and will return for three more gatherings in July and August.

The sacred silence before the world wakes up. The moment of welcoming back the light - a new day, a new intention, a new opportunity, a new opening for inspiration.

I have spent so much of my life worrying it wouldn’t, rehearsing disappointment before life even had the chance to surprise me. And I don’t want to waste any more time doubting what is already trying to find me.
Sometimes we have to fall deeply into our own darkness just to realize the light was never absent.
And somewhere in that unraveling, I tasted something holy - the beauty of surrender, the guidance of something far greater than myself.
Some paths only reveal themselves once we stop gripping so tightly. Some dreams only bloom when we trust them enough to keep walking toward them unseen.
So here’s to believing before the evidence arrives.
To trusting the timing of our life.
To releasing the need to know every step ahead.
Maybe the life we dream of isn’t asking us to chase it harder but asking us to finally believe we are worthy of receiving it.

The mother who holds us, nourishes us, grounds us, protects us, and gives us a home to belong to.
Over these past months, the Earth has been calling me home once more, and I have been reminded again and again how much clarity and alignment return when I slow down enough to truly listen.
Cacao has always felt like a sacred pathway back to the Earth for me - back to the mother, within and without. A mysterious earth medicine reminding me to soften, to feel, to root, and to reconnect with the wisdom alive within my body, my heart and in the earth beneath me.
She opens the heart while grounding us deeply into the body, teaching us that before we expand, we first need ground beneath us.
This is why we begin with the Earth.
I cannot wait to open my return to Amsterdam with this sacred space - honouring the Earth, honouring the mother.
