This one is extra special… and a little bittersweet.
I had the absolute privilege of representing both the buyer and the seller in this transaction… two incredibly strong single moms, both out here doing whatever it takes to build a better life for their kids. And if that doesn’t inspire you, I don’t know what will.
On one side, a chapter closing full of memories, love, and the life she built within those walls. On the other, a fresh start, new beginnings, and a place to call home.
Moments like this are why I love what I do, being a small part of such meaningful transitions in people’s lives.
