Which made learning German to surprise him one of the most difficult things I’ve done. (Originally I tried learning Swiss German and I realised quick smart I have more chance of going to the moon)
But it was important I tried for him, and for his friends and family that don’t speak English well.
It took me months.
I never get nervous speaking in public, it’s literally my job, but I was so nervous here, you can hear it. I was nervous to get it wrong. And I almost called him “tit fish” 😂
I said my vows in English first and then boom, she’s bilingual for 90 seconds.
I don’t know if I nailed it, but I think he understood every word and hey, it’s the thought that counts am I right.
