It was never just about heavy bars, perfect routines or how “fit” I looked, but about every single moment I chose courage over comfort.
This year the studio became my safe place – loud music, sweaty smiles, members nailing their first push‑ups, loading heavier bars in BODYPUMP and fighting through that last BODYCOMBAT track when they were sure they had nothing left. Every one of those wins reminded me why tackling gymtimidation matters so much: nobody should feel too scared, too unfit or too “imperfect” to take up space in the gym.
There were also tough seasons: long work days, low energy, days when my confidence slipped and I felt far from my “fittest” self. But showing up anyway – coaching with a tired heart, starting lighter, or simply stepping onto the studio floor – taught me that progress does not need to look perfect to be powerful.
Going into 2026, my goals are less about a certain weight or shape and more about how I want to feel: strong, brave and free in my body. I want to keep creating a room where women lift heavy, laugh loud, rest when they need to and still know they belong – writing their own “we make you stronger” story with me.
