I didn’t accept that, I always loved being active and got the injury in the first place at Rugby practice 😅.
I started doing my own form of rehab from home and doing slow paced runs on low impact pavement,
sand and grass. I did research and found other methods to help strengthen the muscles in my right leg and here I am today sprinting and continuously pushing myself passed the limits others tried to place on me…
