On paper, still no where near where I want to be but the progress is certainly evident!
Over 10lbs of stage weight added between competing at the same point in 2024 to 2025 and all while adapting a very safe and conservative off season approach!
Taking this entire year off and adopting a slightly more “Balls to the Wall” approach this off season to realistically look to add a good 20-25lbs over the next 18 months or so until I decide to grace the stage again! 💪
