Boujee on the Beach is in a 30A condo building that is undergoing a renovation project this fall in which all 24 units will be getting new decks which is super exciting.
We had cleared our rental calendar for the rest of the year for this project however we have recently learned that our unit will not be worked on until after the first of the year.
So….our rental calendar for Oct-Dec is reopened!! We would love to host you! Just know that there will be other units in our building who will have construction going on which could make for noise and a crowded parking lot. 😬😬

Note: fall (October in particular) is the absolute best time to be on 30A. Warm outdoor temps and the ocean is still warm but way less crowded. 🩷

The condo is directly on 30A and most important….. on the water!!
The beach is private so there are no crowds. 2 beach chairs and an umbrella come with all stays March through October.
The condo is 1.2 miles to Rosemary Beach. We suggest you rent bikes from or to bike to Rosemary.

Boujee On The Beach is a perfect place to stay for a girl’s trip! Everything is colorful and girly!! Tons of games, puzzles, books for the beach, etc.

Rip currents /riptides are very common in the Gulf of Mexico and it is important not only that you are able to recognize them, but also know what to do should you be caught in one.
I filmed this video for my family last spring from our deck of. This is the only time I have seen a riptide in person.
A few safety tips:
1) watch the flags on the beach. The beach flag is right outside of our deck. See how the flag is red? That means that “knee deep is too deep”. Believe the flag!
2) avoid areas in the ocean where it appears to have no whitecaps/waves. That’s the danger zone. Looks calm but very dangerous!
3) NEVER swim alone.
4) if you get caught in a riptide, you will probably not be able to swim back in to the shore. And trying to do so will exhaust you. SWIM PARALLEL TO THE SHORE!!!!!
5) and don’t panic.
