📝 Ingredientes
1 cabeza de ajo
Jengibre
1 limón entero
2 cucharadas de cúrcuma en polvo o 2 pedazos del tubérculo
2 cucharadas de vinagre de manzana
2 cuacharadas de aceite de oliva
2 cuacharadas de miel
250 ml de agua
Preparación: limpiamos y licuamos todo muy bien y conservamos en contenedores de vidrio en la nevera.
#Toma una cucharada de esto a la semana y tu sistema inmune se fortalecerá y estarás libre de gripes e infecciones, si ya tienes gripe, entonces toma 3 cucharadas al día y mejorarás muy rápido.

1/2 zanahoria
1/2 cebolla morada
Laurel
Tomillo
Romero
Salvia
2 libras de patas de pollo
1 pata de vaca cortada en pedazos
3 huesos de ossobuco
6 1/2 litros de agua
2 cucharadas de vinagre de manzana
📍 Preparación
Limpiamos muy bien las patas de pollo quitándole las uñas, calentamos el agua en una olla grande y colocamos todos los ingredientes, cuando comience a hervir, bajamos la temperatura (yo la dejé a velocidad 3) tapamos dejando un espacio pequeño descubierto y dejamos hervir a fuego bajo durante 12 horas. Una vez que se haya reducido el caldo y pasadas las 12 horas retiramos del fuego, colamos muy bien y envasamos. Dejamos reposar a temperatura ambiente, una vez que se haya enfriado llevamos a la nevera y listo.
🗒️ Nota: si tienes olla de presión, entonces debes cocinar por 8 horas. Si solo usas patas de pollo, cocinar por 2 horas!
🔖 No le coloqué sal, preferí agregarla al momento de usar el caldo dependiendo lo que vaya a cocinar!
