Weāre going out to dinner and watching the Seahawks vs. 49ers game tomorrow. For the rest of the weekend, Iāll be planning Jaredās 30th birthday party!

I had the privilege of hanging out with some book friends in Seattle over Christmas break, and we had the best time visiting in Pioneer Square, followed by a delicious dinner at.
Beguiled Books is Seattleās first romance bookstore! What started as a mobile shop hosting pop-up events has since expanded into a charming brick-and-mortar space. The store has such a cute, welcoming atmosphere, filled with swoon-worthy romances and amazing bookish goodies. I could truly spend hours here!

Aspen is officially a big sister and couldnāt be more thrilled about our newest book club member! We brought Sadie home on October 4th, and sheās just the sweetest little thing. She loves showing off her hops, giving the best puppy kisses, and following us everywhere like a true velcro pup. These two are already inseparable, and weāre completely smitten. š„¹š

This is my original song submission for the movie It Ends With Us. A lot of you know that It Ends With Us is quite special to me because it hit close to home. I am so thankful that my mom chose to walk away from a toxic marriage when she did. My mom sacrificed so much for me and my brother. I held a lot of resentment for some of the choices she made, but now that Iām older, I finally understand that everything she did was because of her love for us. Sheās strong, brave, and independent. My mom is my hero and the inspiration behind this song. Even if my song isnāt picked for the movie, Iām thankful it allowed me to revisit my childhood and process my emotions. Plus, Iām writing again, which makes me happy.

āØI joined Bookstagram on June 11, 2022. I started reading for fun when the pandemic hit. I was seeing a lot of book reviews and content on my personal IG feed, but it was my college roommate that encouraged me to make my very own bookstagram!
āØI vaguely remember being a bookworm growing up (I did binge read the Twilight series), but according to my mom, I always begged her to buy books from the Scholastic book orders at school, and I would sit in a bookstore and read all day!
āØI have my bachelors and masters in music, but I currently work in higher education as an academic records specialist and Iām actually really enjoying it!
āØMy love language is physical touch. I feel loved when I get a tight hug, if we link arms while we walk, or when you put your head on my shoulder. I feel like my love language is shifting towards quality time though!
