Designed for family life, the house unfolds around a vibrant central courtyard—the true heart of the project—bringing in natural light, cross ventilation, and a constant connection to nature. Open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas create a seamless spatial flow, while exposed brick, chukum finishes, and warm textures express a refined yet artisanal character.
Upstairs, the private quarters are shaped around comfort and natural light, featuring a serene primary suite with terrace views. A sculptural spiral staircase ascends to the rooftop, extending the home into an additional space for relaxation and everyday living.
