Unser Kaffeetrainer Max hat aus seinem Urlaub eine ganze Tasche spannender Kaffees von verschiedenen europäischen Röstereien mitgebracht – und die möchten wir gerne mit euch teilen.
Deshalb veranstalten wir am Sonntag, den 17.05., ab 17 Uhr ein öffentliches Cupping bei uns im Café.
Eine Anmeldung ist nicht nötig – kommt einfach vorbei, wenn ihr Lust habt, neue Kaffees zu probieren und gemeinsam zu verkosten.
Wir freuen uns auf euch.
Neben unserem Decaf haben wir bei uns immer zwei verschiedene Espressoröstungen in den Mühlen.
Eine fruchtige Röstung mit klarer Säure und lebendigen Aromen – je nach Kaffee zum Beispiel mit Noten von Beeren, Steinfrucht oder floralen Nuancen.
Und eine klassische, kräftigere Röstung mit mehr Körper und schokoladigem Profil.
So könnt ihr euren Espresso genau so trinken, wie ihr ihn mögt – pur, als Cappuccino oder einfach zum Vergleichen direkt nebeneinander.

Die Washing Station Kiambara liegt auf etwa 1.900 Metern über dem Meeresspiegel und profitiert von tiefen, fruchtbaren roten Vulkanböden sowie einem gemäßigten Klima. Rund 3.000 Kleinbauern liefern hier ihren Kaffee an und bewirtschaften im Schnitt etwa einen halben Hektar Land. Neben Kaffee bauen sie auch Kulturen wie Macadamia, Bohnen, Bananen und Mais an.

Aktuell bei uns: kamo 45 – alkoholfreies Bier, gebraut mit Elektrolyten.
Eine erfrischende Option für nach dem Training oder zwischendurch.
