📍 Ankara kökenli bir pub olan Minister’ın birkaç yıl önce Aspat Anthaven içindeki ilk Bodrum şubesine uğrama şansımız olmuştu. Burada kısa bir süre hizmet veren Minister, geçtiğimiz haftalarda yeniden Bodrum’da, üstelik de köyümüzde, Bitez Adliye Caddesi üzerinde açıldı.
🍺 Minister’da bizi mutlu eden ilk şey, Yenilik Atölyesi muslukları oldu; umarım devamı gelir. 80 çeşit viski, imza kokteyller ve Negroni seçkisi bar menüsünün diğer öne çıkanlarından. Yemek tarafı ise pub food çizgisinde. Biz Smash Burger ve Crispy Chicken denedik; “Kitchen” menüsünü fotoğraflara ekledim.
💛 Mekanın klasik pub estetiğine uyarlanmış modern tasarımı, dekoratif detayları, rahat masa düzeni ve yüksek enerjisi ilk izlenim olarak “pub gibi pub!” dedirtiyor.
