From there, we’ll make our way to Gallery F, where Luke Kammies will take us into the world of darkroom printing sharing how he hand prints digital files and brings them to life in a way that feels both timeless and deeply intentional.
After the talk, we head out and explore the inner city together.

What began as quiet walks through Cape Town with a camera in hand has grown into something much deeper - a reflection on resilience, humanity, and the poetry found in everyday life. Each frame captures a moment of presence, a conversation with light and silence.

Yesterday I had the honour of photographing Francesca Albanese during her talk in Cape Town. A voice of conscience. A defender of human rights. A reminder that justice isn’t an abstract idea… it lives in the people brave enough to stand for it.
Being able to witness her speak, and then create this little visual tribute with my own soundtrack, means a lot to me. Art and activism meet in these moments.
