Hier soir, j’ai vécu une course pas comme les autres portée par la ferveur des rues toulousaines, l’ambiance festive, les musiques, les bandas, les cris, ceux qui te soutiennent en te tendant la main alors que l'exercice est éprouvant, ceux qui t'encouragent avec leurs bières en promettant de t'offrir la tienne à l'arrivée, ceux qui sont fiers de te voir te surpasser… Ce genre d’atmosphère qui te rappelle que courir c’est aussi vibrer, ensemble.
Aidée par, qui m’a poussée, encouragée, galvanisée tout au long du parcours. Sa voix, son énergie, sa présence... c’était mon fil d’Ariane dans ce labyrinthe brûlant. Une chance inestimable 🫶🏻
Et puis, à 500m de l’arrivée, alors que l'effort devient incandescent et que les jambes veulent s’arrêter… j’entends la voix de Zac, mes couleurs, mon repère. Ce n’est pas hier soir que j’ai battu mon chrono. Mais ce que j’ai gagné vaut plus qu’un temps: la preuve que je ne lâche rien, que je suis capable de me dépasser même quand tout hurle stop… et surtout, que je n’ai clairement pas dit mon dernier mot sur cette distance, l'entraînement continue 🤭

J'ai décidé de commencer mon périple par le nord bordé par la mer Baltique, puis de continuer ma route en parcourant les villes les plus connues, en train. Et de terminer, par la principale raison de ma venue, le sud du pays où j'ai toujours su que je devais me rendre 🇵🇱
En posant pour la première fois le pied sur cette terre, j’ai senti une connexion profonde. Alors, je me suis laissée portée, au gré des expériences & des rencontres qui se présentaient sur mon chemin. J'ai eu l'occasion de comprendre certaines phrases dont j'ignorais le sens quand je n'étais qu'une enfant. J'ai redécouvert des goûts que j'avais oublié. J'ai appris l'histoire de ce pays à travers le temps, les religions & les guerres qui l'ont profondément marqué.
Jusqu'au moment où j'étais prête. J'ai franchi ce fameux portail orné de la citation "Arbeit macht frei", non sans émotion. Puis, j'ai foulé ce sol qui porte encore les traces de toutes ces âmes & où chaque pas semble faire résonner les cris étouffés du passé 🛤️
Entendre les témoignages des descendants des survivants est une expérience bouleversante.
Ce lieu, que j'avais tant imaginé, dépassait tout ce que je pouvais concevoir: les barbelés, les baraques, le silence pesant… l'Immensité. Tout était là, figé dans le temps, chargé de douleur. Chaque pierre semblait murmurer les histoires que je redoutais d’entendre, jusqu'à ces dernières demeures où l'atmosphère est accablante 💀
Au détour d'un regard, j'ai vu notre nom. Là, sur un tableau, inscrit parmi les condamnés du camp. Une partie de moi s’est effondrée. La vue de mon nom, associé à une destinée tragique, m'a clouée sur place. Une sensation de vide immense s'est emparée de moi, comme si toutes les générations avant moi pleuraient à travers mes yeux 🖼️
Pour terminer, nous nous sommes rendus devant les rails, là où tant ont été déportés sans retour, un sentiment d'injustice profonde m'a frappée. C'était réel, & pourtant inconcevable. C'est un retour aux origines, à la fois intime & universel 🕊️
